EA Sound App does not collect and use any information/data. EA Sound allow you to flip through weekly content and playlist to find new music, to explore unique content about artist, event and trending music, to get exclusive interviews and videos from the hottest artists around unique event access with exclusive videos, music, interviews and much more.

With your consent, we may send push notification to your mobile device with updates and suggestions about EA Sound and, when app is active, show you Armani Store. EA Sound App use Google’s geocoding to convert your data to a geographical coordinate. No location data are collected or stored from Giorgio Armani. Providing of your data for these purposes is optional and there will be no consequences if you refuse. At any time, you can modify your consent or denial on the app settings.

EA Sound App use electronic/automated system in compliance with the security measures. Third parties can access EA Sound App to perform organizational and technical services in relation to improve the app and our services. No data are publicly disclosed.

Cookie: Any use of Cookies by Giorgio Armani S.p.A. or by the owners of third party services used by EA Sounds, is necessary to identify you and remember your preferences, for the sole purpose of providing the service required by you.

The complete list of our controller and processors and recipients of data communications is available upon request to our Processor, whose contact details are below specified. You may at any time access your personal data, verify their content, accuracy, ask for their integration, update, amendment, deletion, block for breach of laws, oppose the processing for legitimate reasons. To enforce your privacy rights you may contact the Data Controller of personal data, available at our registered offices as above identified or by e-mail: privacy@giorgioarmani.it.

At any time you can uninstall the App or modify your consent or denial to receive push notification and/or to show you Armani Store on app setting

Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy on app and update the date shown above. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we may notify you more prominent and seek to obtain your prior consent.

D.lgs 196/2003 Art. 7
1. A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.
2. A data subject shall have the right to be informed
a) of the source of the personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of the processing;
c) of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means;
d) of the identification data concerning data controller, data processors and the representative designated as per Section 5(2); and
e) of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.
3. A data subject shall have the following rights:
a) to obtain updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
b) to obtain erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;
c) to obtain certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
4. A data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part,
a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
